Ingredients (serves 16)
- 32 bought canape pastry cases
- 150g fresh crab meat
- 2 tbs finely chopped chives
- 50g goat's cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbs thin cream
- Finely chopped chives, extra, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pastry cases on an oven tray. Combine crab meat and chives in a bowl. Spoon crab mixture evenly among pastry cases. Sprinkle goat's cheese over the crab mixture. Pour cream evenly among each case.
Bake for 5 minutes or until heated through and golden brown. Remove from oven. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with extra chives to serve.
