Squid is a by-product from prawn trawlers.
It is highly regarded as a delicacy.
We mainly source our squid from the Gulf of Carpentaria and the Bonaparte Gulf of the NT.

Did you know?
- Squid are cephalopods of the order Teuthida, which comprises around 300 species.
- Most squids have two fins to stabilize it while it swims.
